Kathy Dee Zasloff is a passionate consumer advocate, health educator, innovator, trailblazer, techno-geek, and tracker. From the mid-1960s to the early 80s she had an extensive career in the entertainment industry where, among her accomplishments, she handled wardrobe for the original SNL cast. In the early 80s she was the founder and Executive Director of PASA: People Against Sexual Abuse, which eventually became Positive Attitudes, Solutions and Actions. Under her leadership, PASA provided innovative youth development programs in the New York City area for 20 years. She took a brief resting and reflection period between 2002 and 2007. Then in 2007 she attended North Carolina's, Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College's, Culinary Technology program, where she was the sole gluten free food advocate in a French cuisine style program.
