Carol L. Tucker-Foreman, distinguished food policy fellow at the Consumer Federation of America, was USDA Assistant Secretary for Food and Consumer Services, 1977-81. Her responsibilities included the Food Safety and Inspection Service, the Food and Nutrition Service and elements of the Agricultural Marketing Service.
