Steve Sayer has been in the meat and poultry industry for more than 30 years. He is currently an auditor/instructor with SAI Global and owns S&R Consulting/Auditing LLC in San Clemente, CA. Previously Sayer was a senior consultant for Chilton Consulting Group. He’s assisted companies with attaining Global Food Safety Certifications, while writing and implementing HACCP and SSOP programs, Technical Proposals for the National School Lunch Program, Export Verification Programs and Humane Handling of Livestock Programs.
