Benjamin Grinspan, a recent graduate of Vassar College, is happy to join the exciting world of food safety policy news. A Political Science and French major, Benjamin has been passionate about food and its cultural significance for years, and he pursued that interest through a position with National Public Radio's"Chef''s Table," a program on food and culinary culture that is syndicated in over two dozen radio markets throughout the nation. While there, Benjamin honed his food writing and research skills, and produced several featured segments for the program. A dedicated foodie at heart, Benjamin enjoys testing his own food safety limits by making homemade carpaccio and indulging in the occasional all-you-can-eat sushi buffet.
